They unload that material onto the floor to tipping floor called that because the recycling tips on to the floor, we can see anything really big that doesn't belong there.

So if there's somebody that through a tire or a garden hose in there, we can pull out out, but then they're going to put it on to the line.

And it comes into this place right here where these workers, their job is to pull off anything that doesn't belong.

So the priests are workers job is to look at everything that goes by pull anything off that doesn't belong so that once it goes into the sorting machines, they can do their job as best as possible.

After that, everything falls down onto some metal this and we break the glass.

If it hasn't been broken already, the glass is broken.

It goes through the just goes into its own pit to be separated out.

And then those 2 machines after that in their paper sorters and they sorted by this king as well.

So everything that's happening here is just for doing that sorting they're all soaring into different categories of material so that then what we can do is we can bail them into a big queue and then that you can then be tied up nice and tight stored put onto a semi truck and sent to a processing facility where they make it into something brand new.

Reduce reuse recycle.

There are 3 ares we actually say there's many are looming.

You can even refuse to buy things in the first place.

So we try to add as many hours as we can to help people find as many options for their waist before the throne in the landfill.

My favorite is always reuse because then you can you something again for the thing that it was made for it.

That's maybe holding some liquid.

We can always make it into something brand new like a craft.

What are some things that people make with things that are recycled sometimes their main into the same thing that they were in the first place, things like soda cans or bottles.

It may be right back into that pot or that can sometimes they're made into something brand new.

So we recycle a lot of glass here in that class can be made into many things like countertops.

We're even fiberglass insulation.
